This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and FistBumpApps governing your use of our mobile applications made available through Apple’s App Store.
This Agreement is concluded between you and FistBumpApps only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the application or its content.
FistBumpApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the application, except as permitted by applicable law.
Certain features may require payment or subscription. All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s billing policies.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
FistBumpApps is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the application. Apple has no obligation to provide support services.
The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If the application fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no further warranty obligation.
FistBumpApps is responsible for addressing claims relating to the application, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims.
The application may include content provided by third parties, licensors, contributors, or users.
FistBumpApps does not independently verify all third party content and does not guarantee its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.
All third party content remains the responsibility of the respective content provider.
If you believe any content within the application infringes your rights, is unlawful, or is otherwise objectionable, you must first provide written notice to FistBumpApps before initiating any legal action.

Upon receiving a valid notice, FistBumpApps will review the claim and may remove, restrict, or modify the content at its discretion.
You agree that no claim or legal proceeding may be initiated against FistBumpApps regarding content unless you have first provided written notice and allowed reasonable time for review and resolution.
FistBumpApps is responsible for the investigation, defense, and settlement of intellectual property infringement claims relating to the application itself.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo and are not listed on any restricted party list.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms against you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FistBumpApps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.
The application may contain mature, suggestive, or adult-oriented material intended only for users who are legally permitted to access such content.
By using the application, you confirm that:
User discretion is advised. FistBumpApps assumes no liability for user reactions to such content.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. If you violate its terms, your license will terminate automatically and you must cease all use of the application.
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
